1. Preparation before operation

   Clean up the work area:
   Keep the workplace dry, tidy and well ventilated.
   Remove debris and dust from the machine to prevent accidents.
   Add lubricating oil:
   Check whether the lubricating oil of the box gluer is sufficient. If it is insufficient, it should be added in time.
   Adjust equipment parameters:
   According to the specifications of the color box to be produced, adjust the baffle width, the bracket of the box to be glued area, the guide rail and flow wheel, the box glue belt and guide rail, the glue cylinder and other parameters.
2. Startup and debugging
   Start the power supply:
   After closing the main power supply, turn on the machine power supply and the main motor power supply in turn.
   Preheating and debugging of the equipment:
   Turn on the power switch, the main motor switch and the vibration switch.
   Press the “Run” or “Inch” key to debug the machine and check whether the performance is abnormal.
   If there is any skew, it should be corrected immediately.
   Testing the machine:
   After debugging and confirming that there is no error, test the machine for 5-10 sheets to confirm the position and forming specifications.
   According to the test results, adjust the machine speed.
3. Formal operation
   Paste box process:
   During the paste box process, pay attention to the paper feeding status of the paste box to ensure that it does not exceed the line, go off the line or misalign.
   Monitor the operation of the machine. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine immediately to check and troubleshoot.
   Product inspection:
   Regularly check the product quality, including stains, scratches, discoloration, glue marks and other undesirable phenomena.
   Do a good job of first piece confirmation to ensure the quality of subsequent production.
4. Safety Precautions
   Personal protection:
   Operators should wear personal protective equipment that meets safety standards, including safety helmets, protective glasses, masks, earplugs, etc.
   Female employees need to put their long hair up to prevent their hair from being accidentally caught in the machine.
   Do not touch moving parts:
   During the operation of the machine, it is strictly forbidden to put hands, feet and other parts into the equipment.
   If adjustments or cleaning are required, the machine must be completely stopped before proceeding.
   Parameter setting:
   Operators are prohibited from changing the parameter settings of the folder gluer without authorization, such as speed, temperature, etc.
   If there is a need for adjustment, it must be approved and guided by the management personnel.
5. Shutdown and maintenance
   Shutdown operation:
   After the work is completed, turn off the main motor power and machine power.
   Reduce the folder gluer to a low speed state and ensure that the machine is completely stopped before proceeding to the next step.
   Clean up the work area:
   Clean the work area and keep the machine clean.
   Return equipment, tools and other items to their original positions and store them properly.
   Equipment maintenance:
   Regularly lubricate and clean the folder gluer to maintain the best working condition of the machine.
   Check the glue, rubber wheel and other wearing parts. If they are worn, they should be replaced in time.
   VI. Emergency treatment
   Fault handling:
   Once the folder gluer is found to have a fault or abnormality, the emergency stop button should be pressed immediately to stop the operation.
   The operator should report the situation to the maintenance personnel in time and is prohibited from handling it privately.
   Fire handling:
   In case of emergency such as fire, press the emergency stop button and evacuate quickly.
