Box pasting process
The box pasting process is the process of processing the printed die-cut cardboard into a finished paper box. Its process generally includes the following steps:
- Preparation stage:
Cardboard preparation: Arrange the printed die-cut cardboard neatly and check whether the cardboard has defects such as damage and stains.
Glue preparation: Select the appropriate glue according to the cardboard material and the requirements for pasting the box, and mix the glue concentration according to the proportion.
- Box pasting stage:
Gluing: Use the gluing device of the box pasting machine to evenly apply glue to the pasting position of the cardboard.
Common gluing methods include: roller gluing, scraper gluing, spray gluing, etc.
Folding: Fold the glued cardboard according to the predetermined crease to make the cardboard initially formed.
Common folding methods include: automatic folding, semi-automatic folding, manual folding, etc.
Lamination: Put the folded paper box into the lamination device of the box pasting machine for lamination to make the pasting position firmly bonded.
The pressing time and pressure need to be adjusted according to the thickness of the cardboard and the characteristics of the glue.
- Post-processing stage:
Drying: Let the pressed carton dry naturally or use drying equipment to dry it so that the glue is completely cured.
Shaping: Shaping the dried carton to make it smoother and more beautiful.
Quality inspection: Check the quality of the finished carton to check whether the size, bonding strength, appearance, etc. of the carton meet the requirements.
Packaging: Pack qualified carton for storage and transportation.
It should be noted that the specific process of gluing may vary depending on the style, material, production equipment and other factors of the carton.
The following are some important factors that affect the gluing process:
Carton material: Cardboard of different materials has different requirements for the selection of glue, glue amount, pressing time, etc.
Glue type: Different types of glue have different characteristics such as bonding strength and drying time. You need to choose the right glue according to the actual situation.
Gluing equipment: Different glueing equipment has different functions and precision, which will affect the efficiency and quality of glueing.
Environmental factors: Environmental factors such as temperature and humidity will affect the drying speed and bonding strength of glue.
In order to improve the quality and efficiency of the glueing process, it is necessary to strictly control the process parameters of each link and select appropriate materials and equipment
